Your agent is created in its own isolated environment with dedicated resources and subdomain — fully automated.

Log in and run
You receive your credentials. Your agent lives at username.nxm.nu. Start, stop and renew from the portal.
How fast is my agent ready?
Once payment is confirmed, provisioning starts automatically. The payment is re-verified securely, your agent is created in its own isolated environment, and your credentials are delivered — usually in 2-3 minutes, fully automatic.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Plans are fixed tiers (Small, Medium, Large). Switch in the client area; the new resource limits apply at the next restart of your instance.
Which payment methods are supported?
Vipps, Klarna, bank cards and PayPal via Stripe — all handled in the client area at billing.nxm.nu.
Am I locked in?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel at any time.
Where do the agents run?
In our own secure data centre in Europe (Germany). Low latency from all of Northern Europe.
How isolated is my agent?
Each agent runs in a strictly isolated environment with minimal system privileges, hard process limits and its own private encrypted network. Agents cannot reach each other — only you can reach your own agent.
How is model usage paid?
All plans include credit balance. Top-ups come in fixed, predefined amounts. Your agent runs on a dedicated management key with a hard cap — never the master key.
What happens if I don't renew?
You get reminders before the due date. If payment fails, your agent is suspended after a short grace period — it is never deleted right away. After suspension your data moves to cold storage, where it is kept for at least 3 months offline unless you ask us to delete it. Returning customers can reactivate their agent. Contact us to rescue or restore your files.
What do I get with Professional?
Professional is our custom tier for businesses, teams and power users. You get the same resources as Large — with higher priority on resources, so your agent keeps its fair share even when a node is busy. You can use your own custom domain instead of username.nxm.nu, and for maximum security we can restrict access so your agent is only reachable through your own private virtual network — nothing exposed publicly at all. You also get closer, more personal support. Need more? We can set up a dedicated server just for you — single-tenant, with room for several agents so team members or users with high needs can each have their own. Setup is completed within 24-48 hours. Professional runs from $70/mo (up to around $300/mo depending on requirements) with a $20 setup fee; the dedicated server option carries a $50 setup fee plus server and domain costs. Interested?
